To understand the scale of this achievement, it is important to understand what was before: obsolete technology that required specialized resources for simple updates like fixing a typo. Since the editor lived locally–on a computer hard-drive, access was limited, most hyperlinks were outdated or non-functional, as was design and branding. The result: a simple yet effective, low-cost, cloud-based, fully responsive solution powered by WordPress. I spearheaded this project from start to finish, from the vendor agreement, to design, to the implementation, and launch. Additionally, this effort required a full content audit and a new content strategy for which I was solely responsible.
